Factions who are hostile to most (Monolith, Mercenaries, Bandits, etc, etc) are COMPLETELY hopeless when out of their zone as the lack of traders/repairs doesn't give you the options to explore the zones.
It's fairly easy to use - simply create an account, login, then click the Report Issue link. A: Windows XP is not currently supported.
